Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
- We offer various shipping options to accommodate your needs. Shipping rates and estimated delivery time will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and destination of your order.
Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to South Africa only.
- Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your order through our website or the carrier’s tracking page.
Delayed or Missing Packages
- If your package is delayed, please allow up to 10 business days after the expected delivery date before contacting us.

Changes to Orders

Damaged or Lost Items
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- For lost items, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier.
